A woman from Wyoming sent me an e-mail asking for help. I told her some stuff over the phone, but she will need help setting up a homebrew competition. Is there anyone in Wyoming that could meet with her?

I will give her phone number and e-mail address to anyone who is interested, but I don't want to post it for the whole internet to see.

To Whom It May Concern:

My name is Dawn Darby and I am chairman of the Evanston Downtown Merchants Association. Every year we sponsor a street festival called “The Taste of Evanston”. The event is also co-sponsored by the Evanston Chamber of Commerce, the Wyoming Downs and the Evanston Urban Renewal Agency.

This year we would like to incorporate a Home-Brew Competition into the mix. I thought we could get some input from you in regards to organization of the event, rules, judging, etc. Any information that you could give would be great!

Also, we would like to invite your club to participate. The event is being held on Saturday, July 12th. It is held in conjunction with the Wyoming Downs Horse Track. The horse races start at 1:00 PM and the festival starts after the races at 5:00 PM. Attached is an informational poster about the event.

Let me know if you would be interested in participating and whether you could provide any information to help us with the planning and organizing of this event.
