The Bistro in Hayward CA (site of the 2nd Anniversary Party) is hosting their 8th Annual Double IPA Festival on Saturday Feb 9th. Make sure you have a decent lunch before heading over (Buffalo Bill's is across the street). As Sully stated last year "you have to start with a good foundation".
This is a great event. Lets hope for good weather this year.

Damn, damn, damn. You will need to sample the deliciously wonderful double IPA's for me since I cannot get down there that weekend...
