Anybody get their results yet? This was my first year entering and I took home 4 ribbons! Pretty stoked on that. Two firsts and two seconds:

1st place: IIPA
1st place: APA
2nd place: Belgian Strong (Dubbel)
2nd place: Spice beer

Oh, and I put down TBN as my club. 8)

Not yet. I live pretty close by (~100 mi) so mine just came quickly in the mail. I imagine they'll post them sooner or later as they have the '06 results up there still where Doc and Daniela both took ribbons.

I got my results back:

Marzen - 2nd place
Belgium Golden strong - 1st place
Dry Stout - 1st place

I cant wait to see the results to see how everyone else did and how the scoring was.

This was my first event entry after brewing for 2 years now. I entered a Raspberry Honey Wheat in the fruit category and took the blue ribbon with 44 points! Elsewise, I entered a California Common Ale that took a mere 30.5 points.

I'm very stoked on my blue ribbon and proudly display it above my kegerator.

It's a little amazing the vast difference in my scores, but now I'm hooked and will be entering more beers soon!

I also put down TBN as my club. :-)

Just so everybody know. I taught him how to brew.
Just remember:
"Those who can't teach!" --Justin Crossley (or Anonymous I can never keep it straight)
"I could have mixed it with chocolate and vagina and it still wouldn't have helped." -- Justin Crossley

"It helps the yeast focus" -- JP (refering to the riddling process)
