The Beer Chef and Dogfish Head

For you guys in the San Francisco area on November 10, 2006
The next Dinner with the Brewmaster event featuring Sam Calagione of Dogfish Head Brewing. Sam will be talking about his new book “Extreme Brewing” as well as the usual eating, tasting beers and having a good time. http://www.beer-chef.com
Chef Bruce has been hosting the "Dinner with the Brewmaster" series since 1995 in three consecutive different venues. He has created special menus for over fifty of these fun events to date and is locally recognized as an expert at pairing food with beer.

Cuda, nice catch. I think that Justin needs to crash the dinner. Get that dude on the show. That would be awesome.

Help out us veterans and put Sam Calagione on TBN on Vets' Day...

Get Bruce Paton on the show too. I would love to hear some food pairing from a Certified Executive Chef.

If you are going to the Barrel Age Beer Festival at the Bistro.I will see you there. I'm making a "All Beer" weekend out of it...

I wasn't actually on the show, I was just the chuckling voice in the background. I could easily be replaced by a laugh track.
