Anyone going to the AHA rally at Good Island Brewery in Chicago this weekend? I'll be going, looks like it could be a good time.

I will be there for the 1st 45 minutes only (probably get there about noonish) since I have tickets to the Cubs game. Now I am really glad I liked the Kolsch you sent me or this could have been a bit akward.

I just realized this would be the perfect opportunity to wear my BN t-shirt so that you can pick me out of the crowd.

Brewcrew, Man I wish I would have checked this post Friday. :x How long were you at the rally? I did see a person wearing a BN shirt but since I didn't check this post I didn't know it was you. My wife was the one who won the Brewer's Companion Book. What did you think of the event. My wife and I had a great time there. Sorry I didn't check this post Friday. It would have been good to chat for a while.

I actually sold my tickets to the Cubs game and was at the event for the entire time. I was the one in the BN shirt. Did your wife scream when she won and say I never win anything. If I remember correctly that was for the Brewers Companion book. I won John Palmer's How to Brew. It was a nice event.

Yes, she's the one. We talked with Randy Mosher for a little bit and he was nice enough to sign her book for her. It was a good time. I hope Goose Island does this again. Randy was saying he's thinking about talking with Three Floyds for a rally next year.

Both Randy Mosher and Ray Daniels are nice guys. I have met them several times at similar events around Chicago. Randy mentioned to me that the Homebrewers conference is either going to be in Denver or Cincinnati next year.

You should make it to Chicago for more of these events/festivals and drag Bub with you next time.
