Carlo and I were discussing this on another thread. I just wondered if anybody else entered NHC. I know that 50-G enter 3 beers in 50 catagories (or something like that) and Jamil and Doc entered lots of beers. Anybody else?

I entered 5 beers in 8 catagories
Flanders Red
Straight Lambic
Fruit Beer
Christmas Spice Beer
Beligan Strong Dark
Pale Ale
Saison
Belgian other (Saison with Brett)

The only thing that has a chance is the Saison/Saison w/ Brett

The Bo Pils and the Rauchbiers went to Seattle for judging this Sat. The Bock scored mid thirties here in Portland and will not advance. The BW got 3rd in points but I don't know the official place yet because taste-offs can really screw with points.

The BW was only a couple of months old so I was gad to see it squeek into the top three. It will be wonderfull in a couple of years. It was also undercarbonated but then I only bottled two bottles. Guess I'll have to bottle some more.

Nothing. I am a coward and Jamil scares me.

Actually, ther was nothing good that was ready. I will plan better next year though..
