CALL YOUR CONGRESSMAN @ SPONSORING AMERICAN CRAFT BEER WEEK

Fri Apr 07, 2006 5:28 am

From the Saint Arnolds Army Newsletter:

The Brewers Association has successfully helped introduce a U.S. House of Representatives resolution recognizing the week of May 15-21, 2006 as American Craft Beer Week, but now we need your help. We need to get more than 50 Congressmen to sign on as co-sponsors of the bill, HR 753. And we need to accomplish this within the next two weeks! This is the perfect activity for you to do on Brew Year's Eve. All of the information that you need including what to do, how to find out who your representative is and the actual resolution can be found at:

My nuts are half way up my ass, but other than that I'm perfect!

If you want to read the full text of the referendum, here you go:

HRES 753 IH

I live one block from my reps (Lincoln Davis - 4th district TN) regional office so I get to bug him regularly! Also I checked the Senate to see if there was an associated bill on the Senate Floor and found none.
