I think if you are bringing it with you, you could bring it over of Friday. I remember helping NeckBeardBeer carry his kegs back to his room. I'm not sure if they went through the official NHC cellaring process though.

Sweet! Yeah I'm not worried about the cellaring part. It'll be kept cold on the way and the room before hand if need be.
On tap:
Secondary: Experimental IPA
Primary: IIPA, (Half of which is being poured at a beerfest!)

So anyone have any thoughts on a booth? We could do something similar to what we did last year. I can make a ghetto version of that box from last year that isn't actually a jockey box but just a bunch of taps with lines coming out the side.

I was really hoping for a tank this year, but since I'm not helping build it or transport there, I guess I don't have a say

We should make tap handles to represent each of the brewcasters. A mini-Jesus for Justin, a short handle for Doc, a Star of David for Moscow, some sort of paraphernalia for Tasty...the list goes on and on...

Or minimum, we should have a soundboard at the booth

I like the idea of the tap handles. What has been done in the past? This is my first NHC and looking forward to it!

These things are outside my ability when it comes to making things. Nailing a few boards together, painting it green and putting taps in is about as much as I can commit to so we'll call my option plan b for now.

So I guess he did. NHC 2015 in San Diego!

Yup, was in Nashville last weekend with Gary, I asked him and he confirmed, San Deigo it is....IF they get the laws changed.....guess there was a bill last year that will now prevent NHC in Cali until this new bill passes.

Oh, and he was in Nashville scouting out a location for a future NHC.

Anyone register us for a spot? Can we get enough beer (I can commit two kegs)? If so am I building a ghetto fake jockey box (tap handles on a board)?

Things aren't looking so hot.
