Anyone confirm Philly for 2013? I thought "they" did not announce venues other than the next year.

I suspect the early announcement is to cut down on complaints from the Eastern folks. They've been talking to Philly for some time, but it didn't work out for 2012.

Even though it's not their standard procedure, I'm sure that announcing the 2013 NHC for Philly saved the AHA a lot of grief and made a lot of Easterners very happy. A win-win situation.

Spoke to someone last night that is in the know.

Will be a hell of a week.

The only mention of Philly I can find on Flickr, but this was displayed at the Grand Banquet in front of a nearly 2000 and was on signs around the conference so it should be solid: Image
