BN Booth Volunteers Lunch

When, Friday June 28th, 12:30pm-2pm (gap in seminars for lunch)
Where: McGillin's Old Ale House - 1310 Drury St Philadelphia, PA 19107 - http://www.mcgillins.com/

Open to anyone (not just volunteers). Just send me a quick PM or post in the thread if you plan on attending. If it starts to be a large number, I may call to see about a table/section upstairs. I'm sure we can just take over the place if need be :drink

... now just need to figure out how to get my keg into town. I feel like I'll be driving it down, heading back, then taking train in

Just use the valet parking like I did. They're hard to spot because of the weird uniforms. Just look for the girl wearing tattered up fishnets, a short skirt, a ton of makeup & an unusually large adam's apple. Tell em you'll be back to pick up your car at the end of the week & they're more than happy to park it for you. Ecstatic, really.

Hey guys! I know I'm a little late in this, but I've been struggling to organize the guys in my local homebrew club to actually have a table set up for club night! At times, I swear it was like trying to get a bunch of old ladies at a bingo game to agree on something!

Do you guys need an extra hand to pour for a little bit on Friday?

I can help out if needed... I would volunteer beer too, but I think our table has less kegs than the BN table!

Either way I'll definitely stop by and say hello to all of you :asshat: 's!

Looks like we're up to 14 people for lunch. I'll call tomorrow and let the bar know that we have a decent size group. Maybe they can section off a few tables. I don't know how crowded this place gets for lunch. I have only been in there a few times on weekends.

A tip from my last two NHC trips: expect a stampede between sessions. Everyone at the conference is trying to get lunch or dinner at the same time. Reservations are a great idea for any beer related spot during the conference.
