the kegs will be kept in the cellar (last year it was 2 18-wheeler refrigeration trailers). they will be brought out cold and each booth will be given a couple bags of ice that will sit on top of them. Trust me, kegs don't get warm in only 3 or 4 hours. They'll be just fine.

Also, for those who are bringing kegs to club night-
YOU MUST fill out labeling paperwork so the kegs are properly labeled, and you MUST take ownership of them after club night (or have designated a trusted person take care of it for you).

Only a couple bags of ice? The jockey box holds about 100lbs of ice

That's going to be hilarious. Drunk people trying to lug kegs.

Since the conference doesn't have meals, anyone involved in this want to meet up for lunch Thursday or Friday?

That way when the BN wins club of the year, the :asshat: 's can't say we don't have meetings

I can suggest a few places within walking distance or we could just hit McGillin's since they were just on the show.

These place would also be good:
Nodding Head - http://www.ripsneakers.com/nodding/
Jose Pistola's - http://www.josepistolas.com/

Some other places a bit further out like Brauhaus Schmitz could work also.

I'm down for a .2 mile walk to McGillian's. Much further than that and my fat ass won't make it, even if I bring my inhaler for my fake fat kid asthma ("exercise induced").

For those who are helping setup, setup starts at 5 so if you guys want to meet there at 5-530 to get it done quick so we can get something to eat before Club night starts.
