My american brown (JZ's recipe but with all perle hops because my LHBS has a terrible hop selection these days) took second place in this, my first comp . Like Augie, I entered under the local club though.

I've been entering under my local club as well, no offense guys, I've learned a ton from the BN. We are a new club and trying to establish ourselves and get more new members so any chance I have to get our name out there I'll take it.
