I expect she would be. :)

As far as rice hulls at RR, the only beer I've made there is JBA but the topic never came up when we planned the beer so I would guess they don't use rice hulls when they make beers like their stout.

nice! maybe I could get a taste of the real thing. in the meantime, i'll brew up my own. tasty - do you do your normal 20m hot whirlpool on this? also, if i move the hopback addition to flameout would you recommend a smaller addition there?

Im comin in from Utah on the weekend of the 18th of Dec for the Raiders game. I am stopping in at Russian River on Saturday. I really hope there will still be some by then.

Not looking good at all for Janet's Brown being at RRBC on December 18th. A full lineup of excellent beers WILL be there though.
