14th Annual New Jersey State Fair Homebrew Competition

The 14th Annual New Jersey State Fair Homebrew Competition will be held on July 31st, 2010. The competition has been very successful in the past, but this year marks the first year that the competition is BJCP and AHA sanctioned. We also offer online entry this year.

Please consider supporting us by setting aside a style or two (3 bottles/entry) to enter into the comp. If you start planning now, you can still brew for this competition.

My club, SCUBA, is hosting the event, and we'll be looking for volunteer judges too.

Ill probably be submitting 2 as well. Ill have to see how my next couple turn out.

We are almost halfway through the registration period, which ends July 17th. The cutoff this year is at 200 entries. There is still room left. The official rules show that the bottle requirement is 2, not 3 as my previous post stated.

We are still looking for judges, so please sign up if you can help out.
