This Sunday the Black Star Co-op will be celebrating its third birthday with a Birthday Beer Circus in benefit to the Save our Springs Alliance. In addition to live music from Wino Vino, the Killdares, and Hard Proof Afrobeat, they will also have great beer featuring the fine products of (512) Brewing, food from Boomerang’s and the Hot Dog King, circus attractions including a dunking booth, inflatable jousting, sack races, and in the later hours a special burlesque performance by the Jigglewatts.
It's all happening from 4-9 PM on Sunday, April 5th at Fiesta Gardens, 2101 Bergman Avenue, just east of I-35 on the north shore of Lady Bird Lake. Tickets are $5 in advance at http://www.blackstar.coop/beer-circus-tickets or $7 at the door.
