Dogfish Head Liquor de Malt

Sun Jun 26, 2005 2:05 pm

40 oz. brown twist off bottle. Poured out a deep caramel color, with a long lasting white head. Aromas are of corn, sugar, cotton candy, and slight earthiness in the hops. Rather rank if you ask me. Flavors are of too sweet sugary syrup. Too sweet for my liking. Good thing I only had one of these to choke down.
