Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA

Sun Jun 26, 2005 2:02 pm

On tap at the Old Dominion 7th Annual Beer Festival, June 28, 2003. Poured out an amber color, with excellent clarity. Strong hop aromas, some maltiness detected also. Piney, resinous, and citrusy hops flavors in this beer. Nice, strong malt backbone as well. Nicely balanced. Nice, fluffy white head on it as well. Crisp finish to it, coated the tongue well with a syrupy consistency of hops as well. A really well balanced, well made craft beer. Much more drinkable than the 90 Min. IPA, in my book.
