I bought the E.J. Phair's pale ale at a local beer and wine store here in El Dorado Hills. I was surprised to see it, Nice to see him getting it out there. As of now it is a little hard to give a good review. Now that I have had 4 and a Hoegaarden that I bought to compare against my Belgian white that I made.( mine wins hand down) Just glad to see some E.J. Phair on the shelves up here...

Edit. Here is a review on the 5th one...
It has good color maybe on the lighter side on pale ales
The clarity is good
The carbonation seems a little low on this one.
When you put your nose in the glass I smell malt I think.
Taste is good; little light hop comes through nicely
I think it is on the lighter side of pale ale’s but that could be the beers talking…
Over all it is a good beer or I would not of had 5 8)
