Brooklyn East India Pale Ale

Mon Jun 20, 2005 7:05 am

12 oz. brown bottle. Best before October 2003. Poured out a deep garnet color, with lots of head at first, then fades to a ring of bubbles around the rim. Aromas right away of malted grain, and plenty of hops also. Sweet caramel makes it appearance as it is slowly inhaled. Tastes right off the bat are of malts, and hops. The combination literally explodes on your tongue, making for a joyous occassion. Finishes sweet, malty, and hoppy too. A real winner from the masters at Brooklyn Brewery.
