Looking for some tips on those who have been there-

This is sad. I used to know exactly what/where I would go if I had the chance, and now that I'm going there I cant recall any of it.

Good thing I can count on this group for some help.

Thanks-

you absolutely cannot miss cantillon

a la becasse was a great little lambic cafe, where you can get blends on-demand in clay pitchers. i liked half straight lambic half peach. they've also got a flight.

mort subite was my favorite bar in brussels

Get a copy of "Around Brussels in 80 Beers" written by another American living over here. You can get it from booksaboutbeer.com.

I could mention many places to go but it would be best to just get the book and start walking.

When are you going? How long? Where else?

Starting off today, Oktoberfest in Munchen for a few days, then venice, paris, london and brusels before heading back to Munich.

Thanks for the tip, after a little more research I dont think I'll have trouble finding my way around.

Cheers!
