I thought the beer was very nice, but... when I had it at the NHC it did have noticeable sulfur in the aroma and flavor. For me, it wasn't terribly offensive, but I could tell the beer would have been fucking awesome if the sulfur weren't there. I'd wager a guess that it was a batch-specific issue - I'm sure if I picked up a sixer now it would be awesome. In fact, I just may do that!

OFF TOPIC HIJACK - Brandon, I see youa re boiling your flask right on top of the electric element with some foil in between. Ever had any problems? I have done it in the past but my ass is always puckered.

I usually put some foil or this wire rack we have in between to disperse the heat. Not ideal but it works. I was looking at Bunsen burners just the other day. I should probably invest in one.

I'm not a huge wheat fan but had one handed to me and I LOVE this beer. I purchased a six and let my wife try one and SHE loved the brew.

Very very refreshing and and I love the fact that the instructions on the beer say to make sure you drink the yeast and other floaters (orange??).
