For Minnesota, I vote Schells Beer.

+1 Schell's Firebrick and Schell's Dark are both tasty.

In North Carolina, I'd recommend the Asheboro area for Pisgah, Highland, and French Broad. In Charlotte, you've gotta stop by Olde Mecklenburg Brewery. Available about anywhere in the state is also Duck-Rabbit, they do some great beers.

In San Antonio, Freetail Brewing does great Belgian-style beers. Downtown, Blue Star Brewing is pretty good. Austin has Uncle Billy's, who has won gold at the last couple of GABF's, and North by Northwest on the Northside is amazing. There are Flying Saucers in Both towns with loads of Texas beers on tap: (512), Real Ale, Independence, Live Oak and St. Arnold. Gingerman in Austin is another great place to go for a great selection.

Real Ale is brewing the best commercially distributed beer in Texas, hands down.

Wisconsin has quite a few. For the ones easiet to find, these are the best IMO.
New Glarus
Tyranena Brewery
Lakefront Brewing
and Sprecher

There are a lot of Brewpubs in the state I have not hit but my favs are
Titletown
Hinterland
Hops Haven
Stone Cellar
and Grumpy Troll.
