Billings, Montana has Carter's. 14 taps and usually around half are belgian-style. I got a sneak peak of the dubble coming out soon - freaking awesome

In San Antonio, Freetail Brewing does great Belgian-style beers. Downtown, Blue Star Brewing is pretty good. Austin has Uncle Billy's, who has won gold at the last couple of GABF's, and North by Northwest on the Northside is amazing. There are Flying Saucers in Both towns with loads of Texas beers on tap: (512), Real Ale, Independence, Live Oak and St. Arnold. Gingerman in Austin is another great place to go for a great selection.

+ 1 on Surly for MN

In WI, New Glarus is nice although nobody carries their higher gravity beers which I'd love to sample.

There are a bunch of others like Furthermore, Rush River and Tyranena.

A new one really close to me is Dave's Brew Farm. I met him at a local liquor store serving samples. He's a really good fellow and a Siebel grad. http://davesbrewfarm.blogspot.com/

+1. I think we would have to go by city, or neighborhood.
