Fischer Amber

Pours out a deep copper color, with a huge white head on it. Aromas right off the bat are of malts, and bitter hops. Kind of takes you by surprize when you first taste it. Tastes like a Heineken on steroids, but not at all skunked like a Heineken. Floral aroma in my batch, sort of an esoteric quality to it. A very crisp tasting beer, with a sharp finish to it. A well made lager all aorund. FInishes kind of dry on the palate though. Not astringent, just dry.
