EKU Pilsner

Thu Jun 30, 2005 2:26 pm

11.2 oz brown bottle. Freshness date of 03105. Whatever that stands for. Poured out a clear, very light, straw yellow color. Not much head to speak of, left a thin covering of fine bubbles at the top of the glass. Aromas of lemons, pilsner malts, yeast, and some bread in the nose. Tastes crisp, lemony, somewhat refreshing. Slight hops bite at the end, not much else. Much better than American macro swill, that much is certain.
