Dominion Winter Brew (Polish Porter)

Sun Jun 26, 2005 2:14 pm

12 oz. brown bottle. Bottled on Oct. 23, 2003. Very fresh to say the least. There's nothing like fresh beer. Poured out a medium/dark brown, with red highlights. Had a short lived head. It faded back to a thin lacing on top of the beer. Aromas of fresh roasted malt, earthy hops, and caramel sweetness. Tasted very good, fresh & really smooth on the tongue too. Smooth mouthfeel & easy to drink. Went down almost too easily. A really great beer from Old Dominion. Makes me glad they're practically in my backyard.
