Co2 Regulator Screw

I just got all my kegging equipment today. My regulator adjustment screw seems to go in a little ways but seems to get stuck because it is misaligned. What should I do? Should I return the regulator or is there something I can do to fix it?

Return it. There is not enough material to drill and re-tap.
I think that the brainchild that designed those regulator adjusters with a flat screw head should be sacked. I welded a crossbar on there so I don't have to hunt for screwdriver every time I need to adjust the regulator.
