multi using a kegerator

i have a beer in the secondary and will keg it this weekend. My first beer on tap! I have a 2 tap system and a temp controller for the fridge. Shall I ferment the 2nd beer in the fridge with the finished beer in there or wait to serve the first when both beers are complete. I guess I'm conflicted on using the fridge to ferment and serve kegged beer.
any ideas?

If it is an ale do you like to drink your beer at 63-68F?? cuz I sure as hell don't, there are ways to do this but it requires more equipment and really is kind of dumb as you are constantly just fighting temperature not wort it..so in general no you cannot use a kegerator as a fermentation chamber(you currently want to serve beer from)

ya i guess i'll just ferment this next one in the basement and then put in fridge when done. or i could keg the 1st beer and put keg in basement and put both in fridge when both are ready to drink.

Start looking for a second fridge, you'll want to go that way eventually (trust me).
I initially tried to use my ferm fridge as a part-time keggerator, but once I had a couple of kegs in there I couldn't bare to cut them off for two weeks while I fermented a new batch.
If you keep a look out now, you less likely to miss a bargain when it comes up.
(the bonus with my second fridge was it gave me extra keg conditioning space when I got ahead with my brewing)
