after i force carb my kegs they seem to hold their carbonation for a week or so but then if i take them off co2 they go flat, should i be leaving them under serving pressure to keep this from happening?

Yup.

possible you might have a leaky poppet. Keep the co2 on would be best.

I disagree if you have poppets that are in good shape and sealing. Also good orings on the diptubes and lid you should not be loosing any carbonation with them off the gas being stored. A helpful hint northern brewer has these new universal poppets that fit any corny keg ever made just a rubber and steel top on a spring.

It depends: are you serving from them while they are off CO2, or are they just sitting there untouched?

Or, as H said, replace the poppet rather than keeping it on gas...
