Using wort to prime bottles

I wonder if using wort to prime bottles will work and if so, what would be the difference in the finished beer vs. using corn sugar?
I just finished brewing an imperial stout and I have 3/4 gal of wort left over from the second runnings. It has an OG of 1.056. I also wonder what the dosage would be for a given OG to get the carbonation level desired.

yes it will work, people use DME sometimes...its just more work and more expensive.

The flavor difference will probably be all in your head, but subing wort for cane sugar would technically produce a "fuller" beer.

To save that wort you would need to can it with a pressure cooker so botulism spores wont take over....all in all its not worth it
