This should work, right?

Came home on Friday to find a "sixth" barrel (5.16gal) of the ProAm beer I brewed with New Belgium had been delivered to the house. Niiiiiiiice!
The folks at NB are the best.
This is the same keg you would get from a beer store that uses a hand pump and picnic tap. I no nothing from kegging but I want to bottle up some of this beer for friends and co-workers. I plan on doing therigid plasctic tube into the picnic tap spout approach to fill and then "cap on foam".
- Will this work? (The bottles will be distributed right away)
- What temp should the beer be for bottling (I will chill the bottles)
Cheers
