God, I hate that noise when you draw the last beer from an empty keg. It's kind of a fluidy, hollow noise that lasts for a fraction of a second - like someone pouring just a little bit of liquid into the keg.

It's the keg telling you, "That's your last pint, like it or not, so you'd better enjoy it."

It reminds me of the sound as they suck the liquid out of your mouth at the dentist.

Its not as bad as the sound of my pathetic wimpering that begins shortly after I finish that last pint that has been watered down by my tears. At that point my wife rolls her eyes and threatens to call my old Marine buddies and have them kick my ass on general principle.

No, no , no. You brush your teeth everyday silly.

Mine always makes that noise when I've just begun to pour the first pint after a shit day. I end up with a glass full of gunk and foam, curse for a while, them move to the next tap.
