Carbing with Tap-a-draft

Thu Feb 04, 2010 8:51 am

Does anyone know if these can be force carbonated with their cartridges? I figure it'll take extra cartirdges to do this, but just for the sake of my impatience. Also, if so, how?
On Tap:
- Jamil's BCS English Mild
- Drake's 1500 Pale Ale Clone (I've never tried the commercial version, but the recipe looked good and the clone tastes awesome)

Fermenting/Aging:
- Oaked Brown Sugar Oatmeal Stout

On Deck:
- Something hoppy??

I have a Tap a Draft and you can force carbonate them... but you will end up using a few extra cartridges.. and it takes about a week to 10 days to do it.. I tired it once and decided to just do it by priming before filling for cost purposes.
