So after the purchase of the beer gun and then the misnamed accessory pack, I still need a Y adapter? Where can this be purchased and once assembled will this really work?

Try Home Depot or a Hardware store. The Y or a Tee is needed if you don't have a extra line off of your C02 regulator or a secondary regulator. Also a ball valve is nice to shut off the guns feed when not in use.

don't really need a beer gun, all you need is a drilled stopper and some beverage tubing to attach to you tap and your all good. Easier to clean and works wonders. Been doing this method for a couple years and have never had an uncarbed beer.

I should go to home depot and ask for a Y adaptor? Will they have any idea what I am talking about and are there size requirements?
