I built this using 1/4" ply and 2" foam insulation. Holds 3 kegs. The tits have a motion sensor that makes them jiggle and play the song "titties and beer."

I'll post more pics and construction details tonight. To see the plaque in action do a search for "jingle jugs. "

Sorry imacoming, can't find my pics from construction( computer crashed and had to get a new one). I built a box out of 1/4" ply with the top and bottom being 1/2". I glued 2" thick foam board on all sides , top and bottom. I covered the whole thing with another layer of 1/4" ply. I cut the top off after all the glue had dried and then used 1/2" ply to reinforce the corners. The whole thing came out pretty light, maybe about 30 pounds empty. The insulation is amazingly effecient. I took it to the beach this year where it stayed inside all week with the ac set at about 70. I put 3 bags of ice on already chilled kegs on sat. The following friday when I cleaned it out it still had about 1 bag that had not melted yet. I use a 20 oz paintball cylinder to dispense. I used weather stripping inside the lid opening to seal it at the joint.
