Beer in POUCHES?

Has anybody heard of the CarboPouch. I just read it is a pouch for beer. They say it was designed for craft breweries and does not require a bottling line to use. I was wondering if I could use it for homebrewing. I have a keg system for myself, but I am starting to brew WAY more than I can drink. I was looking for an alternative to bottling to share my brew with friends.

(Of course I know I should just show them all how to make a kegerator and share Scotties with them)

I have no relationship to this business just read it on a gadget site and thought I'd see if anyone had any experience.

I read a big article on that a couple weeks ago. I think the target market for those things are the megaswill breweries. Once you open the thing up, there is no way to set it down without spilling. Think of those Capri Sun pouches kid drink from with a straw. These are for people that grab a beer and slam it down in just a couple of minutes like we used to do with PBR at college parties.

I'm certain there are many out there that might like it in the pouch.

Especially when they learn:

"..The BeerPaQ has a 90% less CO2 footprint in comparison with an equivalent Bag-In-Box packaging."

Having to drink the stuff in 30 days does not make sense, unless the package is self composting as well?

I shouldn't think so. Clearly, a pottling line is for filling pottles (1/18 of a firkin).
