Fisrt question: Should a beer be aged in a cornelius keg carbonated or uncarbbed?

Second: Can you bottle from an uncarbonated corny using carb tablets?

My thoughts are you can age in a corny uncarbed so long as you seal the lid with some co2. Second of all yes you could easily bottle with carb tabs and using a keg as a bottling tool is great because you can purge everything with co2.

Henning is right, except you can only bottle off an uncarbed keg with carb tabs, if there is still yeast in the brew or you add additional yeast.

You can also add priming sugar to the keg and let it carb and age before bot ling
