I have a Belgian strong dark that's been in the keg for around 3 weeks. My whole kegging system is set at 11 PSI at a temperature 37F. This beer has carbonation, but it is definitely on the low side. The rest of the kegs are fine.
I had this problem one time before on a different keg and it was a leak. I replaced an oring and it's worke great since. I've checked for leaks on this keg and have not found any. I've also turned off the shut off valve on my CO2 splitter for that keg and waited a few days. Still plenty of CO2 pressure after three days off the tank.
Any ideas? This is a higher gravity beer at about 9%. Does CO2 have a more difficult time dissolving into a more dense solution?
