I think I have the kegging and cleaning thing down (mentally anyway). What sort of lube do you use on the o-rings? Where do you get it?

If your LHBS doesn't have keg lube, go to your local restaurant food or equipment supplier. They sell the same stuff as lubricant for food service equipment such as food slicers. That stuff is required to be food safe because of the likelihood of contact with food. I get mine from Sysco.
