I have and American stout on beer gas (70:30 nitrogen:CO2) and would like to bottle a couple for competitions. Should I switch back to CO2, bottle with beer gas or say screw the competition and just drink it?

Sour/Brett Beer Fermenting: Lambic, Kreik, Flanders Red, Berliner Weisse, Orval, English Stock Ale
On Tap: nothing
Next on Tap: Belgian Pale Ale, American ESB and Sweet Cider
Next to Brew: Belgian Tripel and Dark Strong Ale
