Cleaned and Sanitized bottles...

In preperation for my virgin run on my newly acquired counter pressure filler...
I soaked my bottles in hot PBW, rinsed, and appropriately soaked in ioda4 for a good twenty minutes... at this point, I put them neck down into a box, with fresh paper towel at the bottom, making sure that they dripped most of the sani out. A little continued to leak out and soak into the paper towel after they were all in the box. Closed up the box, with the intention of throwing them in the freezer before bottling. Got sidetracked... and that was 2 weeks ago.

Are the bottles still sufficiently sanitized in the army's opinion, or should I be anal and give them another dip and soak?

Otherwise... I might just continue on as planned.... but its also not worth saving 45 minutes, at this point of the game. Whatca guys think?

How sure can you be that no spiders climbed up there in those 2 weeks?

I'd do another sanitizer dip if it was me. If they'd had foil crimped over the mouths, probably not.

foil would have been a good call. When I say I closed the box though... I closed it, and sealed it with packing tape. I think I knew I was going to get to drunk to bottle that night.

I am leaning towards another dip anyway though... we'll see. :bnarmy:
