Hi all,
I kegged an American pale ale on Wednesday and set the psi at about 12 to get the carbonation level I wanted. After a few days, I grew kind of impatient, wanting my beer to be ready to drink faster. So, I did the turn up the pressure and shake method (I've never done this before and this is only my third kegged beer). I did this for a minute or two and then set it back at 12 psi to sit for a few days. Well, I just tried it and the carbonation is good, perhaps a little on the high side. What should I do now? I've dialed it way down so it doesn't get over carbonated, but I want the serving pressure to be right. What should I do?
