FUCK KEGS >>>>> FUCK FUCK FUCK

i brewed a Dusseldorf alt. I tasted a little as i was transfering it to keg and I was amazed. I had it hooked up to CO2 for a couple of days and last night i connected it up and pulled a pint. The beer was so fucking great.....I had my wife try some and was telling her how i think that the beer is for sure a second rounder for NHC.

I went down to the basement this morning to do some laundry and noticed a large brown stain in front of the keggerator. I had one pint of this wonderful beer.....THE REST IS ON THE FLOOR!

lets just say i swore a bunch, broke a lot of shit out of angry, then cryed.

Why have the beer gods fucked me in the ass like that?
suck it

It happens to all of us, at some point. Sorry for your loss, brotha.

The same thing happened to me about a year ago. I made an ultra mega hoppy strong IIPA and 3/4 of it leaked out onto the floor and dried into a sticky mess that I was never able to fully clean up.

There was this other time that I was siphoning from the kettle to the fermenter and the fermenter I was using had a tap on the bottom that I forgot to close. I started it and all of a sudden really had to go to the bathroom. When I got back there was 3.5 gallons of beer on the floor. I fermented what was left and it was one of the best beers I have made.

I guess its something that I can laugh about now.....now that its all cleaned up and I've reordered the ingredient through B3 so that I can have this thing ready for NHC.
