My Keggin System

Tue Oct 07, 2008 4:27 pm

So, I built this about a year ago to replace my Sanyo (that was only 3 months old) I went with a Frigidaire that holds 4 5g kegs with room for a nitro system and the CO2. All the taps are on there own Co2 pressure. I thought if you are going to do it do it right. With all the cost (all new bought at More Beer, Beverage Factory and Northern Brewer) it ran about 750 total

So here is the build when I brought it upstairs.

here is a close up of the taps

Nice (except for the Bub Light tap handle!). Do the towers hit the wall when you open the lid?

Oh man. That nitro stout looks good (besides the plastic cup...). I have to get me a nitro head.

The tap handles do hit the wall if you open the lid. I have the keg on those slider things so it moves easy on my (Now) bamboo floors. Yea, my roommate works has a lot of handles and I needed one. Good catch..

The stout was great, that was one of my first pours with the nitro and they are dirty glasses to clean the lines. Oh and yea they are glass. It is hard to tell though.
