Gelatin wont affect the flavor, did you pour a pint or just a taste? Check the beer again, usually only takes 3 days for most to drop out a week is plenty. If its super hazy still then you have a chill haze problem.

pulled off a pint, Its still got a funk to it, probably didnt get the keg clean enough... or wasnt thorough in my sanitation. Guess I'll have to strap on the and try try again.

Edit: Funny, I raised the temp of the temp control fridge and the beer tastes alot better at 45 than it did at where it was when I first tried it at 35F.
