Yea, I'm kicking myself in the ass for not repitching fresh yeast before bottling. I have K1V-1116 on hand at all times for mead making, so could of used that, but otherwise didn't have anything else on hand...

I'd like to build a culture of unibroues bottling yeast...

Well, lost power, temperature dropped between 55-60 and prolly knocked the yeast out while carbonating...
