It will take about a week to carbonate at 15psi.

In the interest of providing closure, it was the pressure relief valve. I bumped up the pressure to 30 psi to seat the lid against the rim of the keg, and sure enough it started hissing. Then I remembered some tiny piece of white plastic coming off of it when I cleaned the lid prior to kegging. I guess that was important! I will swap out keg lids later tonight.

My leaks have always been from either the pressure relief valve in the lid, a bad lid seal from not hitting it with a quick burst of pressure before carbing or a visibly bad post. It's so embarrassing to have to go get more gas from the same guy you just got gas from 6 days before.
