Cool...yeah I think I have seen that video. I am sure you have to fill pretty slowly with that, right?

No, it goes pretty quickly. You can control the flow by varying how hard you pinch the stopper to deform it. I've also found that I get less foam if I leave the kegs at normal serving pressure while I do this. When I've lowered the pressure, gas comes out of solution in the lines and creates lots of foam. I fill as fast as the beer will flow at the temp and pressure in my draft system. I use 8-10' of 3/16" line at around 15 PSI and 33F.

WOW! 15 psi sounds high. Are you dispensing at that rate or carbing the beer that high and dispensing lower?
