what blows is a 5# bottle costs $22 to fill. a 20# cost $30 to fill. airgas charges $10 to hook it up, $3 hazmat, then by the pound. i traded a free 5# catalina cylinder since i already bought one to my dad for a 20#er. 20# on the hobart mig, 20# for beer, and 5# for mobile. i know, its a 5000 gallon supply.

i got a 20# coke bottle once that i put a sticker for airgas over and traded it in.

I purchased my tank from a restraunt supply house. It was stamped "Property of Coca-Cola" on the side, and was also past the hydro date. I carried it into Airgas, told them I needed to swap 20lb tanks. $18 out the door, with an apology that the new tank didn't have a handle like the old one. Your mileage may vary, but it is atleast worth a shot.
