I think I heard Stephen Hale say that Schlafly in St. Louis will do it, but I've never tried it.

I noticed a few breweries in New Mexico do it, quite a few in Colorado. So far, only one in Texas. And Blue and Grey in Fredericksburg, VA. But that's a bit far for me to drive.

When I was in Tucson we went to a micro called nibus - they said they sold cornie kegs so I inquired a bit more

They were 5 gallon kegs but with commercial fittings
